Queenella is great! She made sure to answer all my questions (there were a lot), gave me helpful advice, and was available when I needed her. She even kept my spirits up when I was discouraged because offers fell through, or I was having trouble finding the perfect place. The home I ended up purchasing was actually one I never asked to see - she paid close attention to what I wanted in a home and showed me this one on a whim. Queenella is so AMAZING!!! While house shopping she not only told me all the good things about the houses but pointed out things that I may need to know that may require a little fix.
